Toys for Tots
On I St. this holiday, Westminster Presbyterian Church was transformed into Santa’s workshop for the 12th consecutive year by the Southwest Comm-Unity Annual Toys for Tots disbursement. SWBID ambassadors helped divide the toys into bags for families and distribute them to those waiting in line––some while wearing Santa hats and Christmas paraphernalia. More than 750 families in Wards 6 and 7 received bags of toys with at least two to three items inside each bag. Our ambassadors were thrilled to be a part of this holiday magic and brighten the season.
